If you are not satisfied with any item received, we will gladly process your exchange or return. EU Withdrawal Right:

If you are located within the EU, you have the right to withdraw your purchase without giving a reason within 14 days of receiving the goods. To exercise this right, please complete our EU Withdrawal Form or email us directly at service@laurageler.us. Upon receiving your withdrawal request, we will process your refund, including the original shipping cost you paid, within 14 business days.

When will I receive my refund?

If you paid by credit card, we will refund the eligible amount to your account within 14 business days from the date the return is processed. The refund amount should appear on your next billing statement, and the exact arrival time depends on your issuing bank and/or billing cycle. Unfortunately, we cannot refund the original shipping cost you paid.
