At Laura Geller, once an order is placed, the warehouse team begins processing it immediately. Order packing and processing typically take 1 to 3 business days before the order is dispatched from the warehouse.
For domestic US orders, standard delivery usually occurs within 5 to 7 business days after the order has left the warehouse. Customers will receive a shipping confirmation email containing a tracking number to monitor their order's progress. Please note that all delivery timelines are estimates and may be subject to change due to holidays or other external factors.
Domestic US Shipping Rates
Laura Geller offers several shipping options for domestic orders:
•Standard Shipping: For orders under $20, the shipping fee is $5.99. For orders between $20 and $40, the fee is $7.99.
•Free Shipping: Orders with a subtotal of $40 or more qualify for free standard shipping.
•3-Day Express Shipping: Shipped via UPS, the cost is $10.99 for orders under $40 and is reduced to $5.99 for orders of $40 or more. Express orders are typically delivered within 3 business days after leaving the warehouse (weekdays only, excluding holidays, and not available for PO Box or APO addresses).
International Shipping Policy
International orders typically arrive within 7 to 14 business days, depending on the destination country and customs processing times. Shipping rates for some locations include duties and taxes, while others do not.
Key international rates and transit times include:
•Canada: 12 CAD shipping fee, free on orders above 68 CAD. Estimated transit time is 4-6 business days. Duties are included, and sales tax is paid at checkout.
•United Kingdom: 5 GBP shipping fee, free on orders above 40 GBP. Estimated transit time is 4-6 business days with taxes included.
•Australia: 15 AUD shipping fee, free on orders above 100 AUD. Estimated transit time is 5-7 business days with taxes included.
•Major European Countries (e.g., France, Germany, Netherlands, Spain): Shipping fees are generally 7 EUR, with free shipping on orders above 60-70 EUR. Estimated transit time is 5-7 business days with taxes included.
•Hong Kong: 86 HKD shipping fee, free on orders above 600 HKD. Estimated transit time is 8-10 business days.
•Singapore: 8 SGD shipping fee, free on orders above 100 SGD. Estimated transit time is 9-11 business days with taxes included.
•Taiwan: 329 TWD shipping fee, free on orders above 2400 TWD. Estimated transit time is 7-9 business days. Duties and taxes are not included and are payable at checkout.
•Rest of the World: 11 USD shipping fee, free on orders above 80 USD. Estimated transit time is 14-21 business days. Duties and taxes are not included and are payable at checkout.
